Founded in 1959 by Alvin H. Glick (Chairman) and John Mautner (1919‐1990), Mautner‐Glick Corp. has been and continues to be family owned and operated with the addition of Randy E. Glick (President) in 1978. We maintain an exceptional reputation for providing quality, responsive, and efficient services, most notably Property and Asset Management of Multi‐Family and Mixed‐Use properties. As we have since 1959, Mautner‐Glick Corp. continually improves and restores its buildings and apartments. We devote ourselves to providing clean, comfortable, secure, and modern units at reasonable prices.

RENTAL MANAGEMENT
Mautner‐Glick Corp. provides full‐service management for properties in all areas of Manhattan. With more than 3,000 units in over 150 buildings, representing nearly all of Manhattan’s neighborhoods, we have and will provide excellent service in any area. COOPERATIVE MANAGEMENT
Cooperative housing is one of the New York area’s most unique attributes. Beginning in the early 1980’s Mautner‐ Glick Corp. has been involved in the conversion, management, and sales of Cooperative Apartment Buildings. We take pride in the expertise that we have developed with this experience. Our staff is courteous and professional in dealing with Cooperative boards as well as on an individual shareholder/subtenant level. Whether there is a maintenance issue that requires our attention or a need for assistance in subletting, refinancing, or sales, our staff is equipped to accommodate our shareholders.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
On‐going preventative maintenance and capital improvement programs are essential in running a successful building; and, in construction management efficiency is crucial. Through years of experience, utilizing long‐term contractor relationships and strict bidding structures, Mautner‐Glick Corp. has and continues to successfully manage a wide variation of construction projects, including additions, retrofits, and full building renovations.
